ON3C is yet another team that has done well in this tournament, only falling to NEVV. They could easily make a run at the later stages of the tournament but do need to get through a CALSF team this round that will give a challenge.

What would I do?

If there were ever a team to bring ECM against it would be a team led by Damassys. Leave everything Amarr open and skew jams toward yellow and hope he doesn’t throw in one of these curveball fleets. Either that or run a heavy DPS core and just brawl their team out early as they often run triglavian ships for damage cores that have the issue of slow ramping. I would ban Sleipnir, Rapier, Huginn into this team and come prepared to either kite like crazy or control the opponents.

Taking the Tuskers Widow comp here with the Zarmazd spool counter to spooling damage seems like a good strong option. Forcing the dps to focus the Widow while you break through the low end.

The DarkSide RTC Vargur comp with full yellow Griffin could also be exceptionally potent as its able to outproject anything that ON3C has been bringing and continue to do sustained damage.

Finally, this could be a team where the Barghest/Gila kite comp shines as the Jackdaw is a solid anti-Jaguar screening ship while the Barghest and Gilas are very efficient at handling tech 1 cruiser logistics that often come from this team.
